Nichia America Changes SMD Minimum Order Quantity
|

•Only full reel quantity orders can be accepted
•Shipments of SMDs on or after Jan.1,2007 must be full reels
Please be advised that effective January 1, 2007 Nichia America can only accept orders for surface mount LEDs (including Power LEDs) for full reel quantities. This will be for shipments from Jan. 1 2007 and afterwards. Orders for less than full reel quantities can no longer be accepted
•This will be applicable to all visible LEDs.
•This will not be applicable for UV LEDs.

All Nichia LEDs and LDs (except for LD Slot Module) in the website and 2006 LED catalogue comply with the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in Electrical and Electronic Equipment as of July, 2006 based on the directive from the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 January 2003 (Stand 27. December 2006.) Most of the LEDs are Pb-free soldering compatible (Max Soldering Temp. 260 deg.C) so that these LEDs can be used as environmentally safe products. |
