Nichia Corporation got The Nikkei BP Technology Prize
March 27, 2003 (Tokyo) - Nikkei Business Publication Inc. announced Nichia Corporation was given The Nikkei BP Technology Prize of Electronics Field for their new High Power Ultra-Violet LED.
This New High Power Ultra-Violet LED has 100mW of Optical Output Power and it will be able to develop LED with higher color rendering in future.
