Introducing our new White LED "RAIJIN"

Nichia has started commercial shipment of white LED (Product Type: NSPWR70CS-K1) with 150lm/W luminous efficiency. We achieved it by improvement of the package and LED chip structure, introduced by Nichia in end of 2006 enabled White LEDs to be developed as the highest efficacy light source.

All Nichia LEDs and LDs (except for LD Slot Module) in the website and 2006 LED catalogue comply with the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in Electrical and Electronic Equipment as of July, 2006 based on the directive from the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 January 2003 (Stand October 2008.) Most of the LEDs are Pb-free soldering compatible (Max Soldering Temp. 260 °C) so that these LEDs can be used as environmentally safe products. |
